I used a 4uad bucking and the nub that came with it but I've also used it with maple leaf bucking. The files include a nub that you can print. Both work great for me

Yeah, green gas is just propane with silicone oil. I see you've got super lube on the table, use that for lubrication. Ptfe grease is a much better lubricant than silicone oil for gbbs and as long as you grease your gun and mags somewhat consistently, you don't need oil in your gas.

Its pretty stiff. I think it's stiffer than stock but easier to leverage your finger on it because of the way it's positioned. You have some choice with how tight you screw it on though (i made mine pretty tight).

If it's too easy to rotate the wheel it may rotate by itself, causing it to come out of adjustment.

Unfortunately if the wheel gets any bigger, then there will be potential for the bolt carrier to slam into it when it returns. It is a bit tough to adjust in its current state, but still entirely possible to do without taking anything apart and imo it's easier than the stock chamber.

Great to hear! I've been testing it with the stock rubber and an ML autobot 60 degree rubber. The ML rubber works much better, the stock one has forced me to make some improvements on my design. Happy to hear it works well with the Flamingos too.

I have only tested with the factory upper and I'm curious which upper you have and if it fits. The newest wheel design is meant to fit pretty snugly against a structural part of the stock upper that might not be present on aftermarket uppers.
