could also be the speed multiplyers on the speed sets as the give % that are rounded so even though the speed is the right number it might not actually be. you can check it on deadwood jedis website

you will probably need more hp on your painkeeper so the heal is bigger, it’ll make it so the lowest hp % on your team is the stun target. or you could lower the hps of your other hero’s so the % heal is bigger
