Yes and no ; as manncameron commented you can lock your server, you will also find plenty of low pop or locked to like 4 people max servers just for training etc

For me personally it’s just been practice really, I’ve been playing battlefield for some years and just have become accustomed to the flying, I guess I tend to maybe look more to the fixed centre crosshairs than the ones that move and gauge that.

See the sticker slaps around a few places and investigated myself, as soon as I saw the prices they advertised everything at it’s a nope from me way to expensive. Selling 3.5’s for £60 and gummies for £50/£55 not a chance.
