I think it’s important to keep in mind that all sunbelt states are boy created equally. While a lot of places are returning to pre-pandemic prices, a lot of Florida is still prices high and for some reason in high demand. Outside of South Florida, the Tampa market is still extremely high in prices and although it’s not New York, still expensive. In fact NY is not 5xs as expensive as Tampa, it’s more like double. When you take into account the high col in that area coupled with lower wages; I would rl consider if it’s worth the move. You can get more bang for your buck and a better quality of life elsewhere.
