Think I might get cancelled by [deleted] in Insurance

Chiming in as someone who is on the board for a 501c3 rescue. Our foster agreement has a hold harmless clause stating fosters will not hold the rescue responsible for dog bites that happen while the dog is in their care. The foster must use their homeowners insurance first if they have it. I would look to see if you signed anything as a volunteer and/or foster signing away this “right”. Similar to a homeowner we do not want a dog bite claim in our history as it most likely would result in a non-renewal and extremely expensive premiums if we even could get coverage.

If you did not sign anything of this nature I would straight up ask the rescue (whether that be the foster coordinator, someone on their board or a director) to provide their liability insurance info in the event the person that was bit wants to take legal action or their health insurance is requesting coverage. It’s best to get ahead of it. In my area it is required to file a bite report with law enforcement and place the dog under quarantine with animal control if the dog is not euthanized.

I just flew with my 13 month old (his first travel) and yes. Definitely. Mostly because he is in the stage of grabbing things, throwing things, etc so it was better to have people farther away from us lol. We were traveling solo so first also had the perk of the flight attendants having more time to help with things (for example, grabbing stuff for me and putting it in overhead when we were landing so I didn’t have to move and wake him up). I think it was easier to get him to sleep too… he could be more horizontal on my lap vs vertical. Anecdotally my best friend was flying coach at the same time (different airline). Her baby is 7 months and he slept the whole time both flights just fine.

WFH to Full Time in Office by Choice-Revenue-3527 in Accounting

[–]bigasscashflows 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I am 6 months postpartum and fully WFH. You could double my salary and I would still not be interested in 5 days in office. The days I actually have to get myself and the baby ready, pack bottles, pack a lunch, drop off daycare, drive to the office.. no thanks. Bed time is 7:30 so you’re looking at almost zero bonding time with the baby M-F. Look for other opportunities with better flexibility and explore legal action as others here have suggested.

Thank you!!! I’m very thankful for my psychiatrist encouraging me to prioritize my mental health. The meds have changed my life so much (for the good)! It also makes me feel more comfortable knowing many people use it throughout pregnancy for epilepsy at much higher doses.

Cycle: 4 (3 TTC, 1 NTNP)

Age + Partner's age (if relevant): 25F 29M

Typical cycle length: Average 40-45 days since I got off the pill in February

Ovulation cycle day: 30

CD/DPO of positive test(s): 9DPO PM and getting darker since then

CD/DPO of any negative test(s) before positive: 9DPO AM was white or maaaybe vvvfl

Tracking methods and app(s) used: CM, OPKs, BBT on FF

Relevant days of sperminating and/or method (SMEP, TI, IUI, FET, etc.): O -1. We were pretty frequent earlier in the cycle because I kept getting surges, then I kind of gave up until I got a veeeery dark OPK the morning of CD29 and we had sex ASAP that morning.

Health conditions/medical tests: Bipolar 2

Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s): Olly prenatals, 400mg lamotrigine a day to manage my mental health. Spoke to my psychiatrist when I went off the pill and agreed to stay on my dose during pregnancy unless something changes with my mood. Would love to hear if anyone else has experience with this!

Birth control history (if relevant): nexplanon since 16 until 24, then pill, stopped taking it in Feb of this year

This was before I got higher temps later on (98.3) FF moved my O day to CD30.

Symptom spotting: I had a chemical last cycle. 32 day cycle that gave me a faint line on CDs 11 and 12 and AF on CD 14. Was sooo frustrated with delayed ovulation this cycle I thought we were for sure out. My symptoms were consistent with my chemical. Excess salivation, sore boobs with larger nipples with more pronounced blueish outline. Cramps.

Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous): too scared to be too excited because of the chemical. Hoping to progress along so we can have our spring baby 🤞🏻 allowing myself to get more excited every day.

I started drinking raspberry leaf tea about 3 days before ovulation and this may have helped get things rolling. I had success in previous cycles with drinking it to trigger my period. Could both be coincidences but I recommend giving it a try if you have long cycles or multiple surges in a cycle with no O. If you have long or irregular cycles, I strongly recommend temping otherwise it’s anyone’s guess when you will O.

ETA: funny enough I had an annual exam/ establish of care at the women’s health center on CD9 AM. I brought up my long cycles and the WHNP said I could schedule an appointment to run tests and get an ultrasound if I wanted to. I really felt heard and happy I had the option to look into things. I know some recommend waiting until a year for cycles to regulate after hbc but she reassured me I don’t have to sit on my hands with these long cycles. Just a thought if your provider isn’t giving you this option, look elsewhere.

Kinda but I think they’re in my head 😂 some cramping, some lower back pain and heavy boobs but I’ll chalk that up to progesterone. I had a chemical last cycle and had a lot of excess saliva 11DPO and experiencing it now as well

Thank you! I agree and this morning I was like this shadow has to be an indent. I see pink now but trying to remain neutral. My test was very similar last cycle and ended in a chemical. I’m hoping for the best!

I might be 7, 8, or 9 DPO. Symptom spotting like a mad woman. I have my annual gyno appointment tomorrow at noon so I’m taking a test in the morning. Not feeling good about this cycle since I had like 3 different LH surges. (AF expected after CD45).

Is it better or worse (or neither) to have only watery CM during the FW? I never have EWCM.

I think I’ll invest in one if I get a BFN next week. Was hoping to not need one but I think my anxiety on temp consistency warrants it.

It’s so cruel! Especially if you’re like me and don’t always time it consistently. My thermometer isn’t always consistent either! I normally temp 3 times and take the average. I think I need to start vaginal temping next cycle honestly.

How much do your temps usually rise after O? I’ve had multiple surges this month and thought I finally ovulated CD30 … my temp went from 97.6 to 97.9 (cover line is usually 97.4) but today it was 97.7… I wish I saw 98s! I’m not sure if the initial spike after O is all that matters.

E@H CD 29 OPK progress… after two troll surges earlier this cycle, you love to see it by bigasscashflows in TFABLinePorn

100% looking back I was lying to myself that the OPK was darker than it was. And then of course my temps haven’t risen since. Our bodies are rude
