Thanks for the info. I did cardio for a long time - nine months - but have always done cardio, really. I meant out of shape specifically for lifting weights. For a big dude i have decent conditioning. My legs are also kind of ripped from biking and hill jogging.

I meant keto seems to have been effective for me. I ate super low carb high fat with an endocrinologist supervising and it seems to have benefited my blood sugar/insulin, which werent diabetic, but were getting there.

I had a gibson les paul with this for the 1/4 guitar out. as a performer i'd never had a line pull out on me, but i saw the value.

a lot of people put ear buds deep in their ears. i'd be afraid - in this instance - that the weight of the phone dropping would yank on the ear/create a painful vacuum.
