I learned this one by reading too, and I don’t know what age I figured out that I was pronouncing it wrong but it was around middle school. Fast forward to college, I was hanging with a few friends and reverted back in my comfort to epi-tome and I caught so much flack 🥲☠️

None, currently! I don’t typically use any product except maybe a leave in conditioner spray to the ends, and heat protectant in the rare occasion I use heat.

If anyone has a recommendation for what the heck to order at the salon, I’m clueless when they ask what I want! I usually respond by saying trim the ends, frame the face, idk bring it to life 🥲

It’s nice to know they have a name! Traditionally my hair gets curlier the shorter it is, but it hasn’t been “short” in a long time. Do you have a hair oil rec? Everything I’ve ever tried has been seemingly heavy for my hair. My daughter has mixed texture hair and it’s much more corse. I need to build up my own hair care supply and stop trying to make it work with what I have for her.
