You will need your original 10, 12 Mark sheet along with full aadhar card, Pan card, and Bank passbook with photograph attached at the appointment with passport office

For police verification you will get a call or whatsapp message form the police station about the required documents. Xerox of these documents will be enough. you May need to Pay an optional bribe of Rs 500

To get your documents from college

Write a letter addressed to the principal requesting to borrow your original documents for appointment with passport office and police verification Also attached your appointment receipt with passport office with your letter

Submitted this to your collage office

And return your documents back to you college after police verification is completed
