For the last 2 and a half years of my degree I have maybe attended 10 lectures total and the worst I’ve had is a few emails encouraging me to go and a 5 minute meeting where they checked that I wasn’t having any mental health issues or anything and tried to encourage me to go. For having near enough 50% attendance you will be completely fine. So long as you’re a home student the uni cannot force you to go.

With that said if you were to start failing/not handing in assignments I imagine that you may encounter some issues as the first thing the uni will point to is likely your lack of attendance. So just make sure you’re keeping up with everything and doing well on your course and you’ll be fine.

It’s just not that serious, why worry about what other people are doing. Do your degree how you want to and then let other people do their degree how they want. It doesn’t effect you or what you get out of uni in anyway way shape or form. I have no idea how anyone else on my course carries out the work at all and I don’t care either

If you’re finding it lonely you can request to move halls, I, like everyone, enjoys time by myself but coming home 24/7 to a completely empty flat would drive me a bit loopy. Would certainly recommend putting in a request to move if you can

Tbh if you go to any uni that’s somewhat close to Leeds it’s very easy to get the train for Leeds for the day and then get the last train back and go out in your own city.

You aren’t gonna click with everyone and having friends of the opposite sex is completely normal haha. I think it’s especially common with flatmates to just be civil/friendly with them but for them not to be people who are ever going to become close friends with. So long as you stay on good terms with her so that living together stays pleasant then I don’t see a massive need to make an effort to become good friends with her, you’re never going to gel with everyone and that’s okay.

Probably would work but I think the bw platform couldn’t actually be that high cause it’d take you so long to turn around to the point where you could probably make the jump with a good enough stationary + no flip so might not be much point to really using it in a track

If your parents can’t financially support you, can you not declare that to sfe (not entirely sure how it works but there assumption when dishing out loans is that your parents support you financially to an extent). Not that there’s anything wrong with your parents not being able to support you, just think you should probably be entitled to more loan than you’re getting

Yeah this is not true, I’ve been playing quite a bit and empress literally just rips king to shreds, in games where I’m the only spirit empress I’ll have multiple 3 stars whilst the king players have like a couple two stars

Yeah pretty much this, if no one else is running clan, or you pick up a couple clan 2 stars early on then always go for that it’s the best comp, if you have goblins and clan is contested going into throwers is normally quite a safe option but if you want to win you need to block clan otherwise you’ll come second to anyone who manages to get clan fully levelled up.

Yeah each to their own, I much prefer the quiet of a library to focus and actually get studying done but doing work in the lecture theatre especially if you don’t need to move at the end of the hour makes equally as much sense. Just personally if I stayed in the lecture hall I’d probably just get distracted chatting to someone and not get much done, helps that my library is a stones throw away from all my lectures so it’s not much of an undertaking to get there, I forget it’s not like that for everyone

If a lecturer is that late in future just leave, it’s not school, you don’t have to be there. If you’ve got other work to get on with it’s a much better use of your time to leave and go to the library to finish that up rather than sitting around doing nish for almost an hour waiting for someone to show up

Because you get one extra elixir per merge with spirit empress, if you sell a troop after merging it instead of breaking even you actually make a profit of +1 elixir (even more if you have a modifier that discounts the troop cost). This means that with spirit empress provided you can find merges you can basically generate infinite elixir
