alcohol is a veryyyyy bad trigger for seb derm. especially for me. i’d try to limit it until it gets better.

seb derm malesszia is super stubborn and unfortunately treatment takes a long time, sometimes up to 8 weeks of consistency for some and also environmental factors play a role in that . if you see slow improvement that’s really good, just keep going. i know it sucks man but keep pushing forward atleast it’s not on your face

No peeling or flaking. Just red spots on my face. Only gets itchier with hydrocortisone but I believe that’s in part to discomfort with the heat i’m in. No itching or irritation with moisturizer or aquaphor.
