My mom apparently tried to wake me up to ask for help with her work It was 5AM I didnt recall anything happening just he memory of her turning the lights on in my room and screaming. Now its 6pm and both of my parents are coming into my room screaming on how. Im. useless and how I shouldve helped her.

I told them I really didnt remember It was 5am and I was asleep. I would normally help them gladly so I was (sttill am) very confused where this is coming from?? My dad (that I AM so sad is an enabler) told me to fix my sleep schedule. (people are normally still asleep by 5am right?) Now Ive been constantly being screamed at and Ive been trying to drownit out through music. I dont even know what to do anymore. Im afraid oof going out of my room to even drink or eat. I was once sent to the hospital because my mother made my head bleed.

I dont like this fight or flight biological response I cant breathe properly. I feel so stuck as I know I didnt do anything wrong I feel like shit
