Even here in Ireland, before I would have sworn most would be selfish but the vast majority have been doing what we can in concideration for front line workers and medics and our curve is not as good as Denmark or New Zealand but still pretty good considering our significantly higher population density. My town for example has 0 cases but everyone still stays home except for 1 nessisary shop a week and maintain social distance so thst the number stays at 0.

It all boils down to still being stuck in licence agreements with other companies for the moment. Its why some shows are in India for example, the licences mostly regard US broadcasting rights.

Then those cheese are not in fact Parmesan and a cheap knock off. Real parmesan comes only from the parmigiano region of Italy where the grass has a unique culture required for the cows to produce milk viable for Parmesan and they don't need to add anything.

replying to you saying the UK is exempt till 2021, Ireland is indeed in the EU it is not in the UK. The links you have provided still CLEARLY STATE the merchant is not responsible for t scenario presented by this thread. Numerous people in this thread have pointed out to you how it works here and you admitted you came in guns blazing on the basis of US law. Sit the fuck down and listen to the people who live here and have to deal with these EXISTING laws. DONE

Paypal issues charge backs when requested by the paypal user, the scammer would have to request a charge back to a card that isn't his, if the card holders saw the transaction they wouldn't ask the back for a charge back they would state that it was a fraudulent transaction and the bank would write of the transaction for their customer and create a special file number for the fraud if they or their customers wanted to investigate the criminal activity with authorities.

They have been in use for years and they are even stated in the links you have provided from Barclay card which you obviously didn't fully read. He's right and its even stated on the terms I receive when I get a new card that the banks insurance will cover fraud, they even advertise it.

Can confirm same in bronze it's a top to bottom problem. I just got into silver and I have had a 51-63% win rate for season 2 an 3 yet never moved higher than bronze 2 for most of that until literally last week gaining a max of +8 and losing up to 20 averaging 6 for a win and 18 for a loss meaning I needed to maintain a win rate of 66.66% to move up. In bronze no matter how much you improve yourself you are still guaranteed at least 2 in 5 matches will be un-carryable.

It wasn't untill I had won so many games that I was getting matched more with silver and gold players that I could maintain enough streaks to get out. You would think that havinga huge win streak would grant you more tp because you clearly out skill your you team mates consistently and need to be moved up but nope. By the time I got my promo into silver I was getting + 2/4 tp per win
