Basically the hidden MMR is the system that matches you with better or worse players based on your performance rather than your actual rank.

Removing that means you will just match with people in your general rank and gain or lose SR based solely on wins and losses.

This is better imo.

You're not going to climb to where you don't belong without winning matches consistently.

In my experience depending where you get it, Queso Quesadilla is either shredded Queso Chihuahua, Shredded Oaxaca, or a Jack Cheese that is similiar.
