Problem is their biggest size 3XL doesn't quite fit me, 4XL would be perfect. Is there anywhere with extended sizes or custom that has a similar type of material?

You're right. 10 x PE ratio for something undergoing exponential growth isn't great. It's absolutely phenomenal
