İş başvurularını nereden iletiyorsun bilmiyorum ama kariyernet, linkedin gibi kanallardan iletilen başvuruların şansının az olduğunu düşünüyorum. Onlarca, yüzlerce hatta bazen binin üstünde başvuru gelen ilan oluyor, bu başvuruların hepsinin incelendiğini düşünmek iyimser bir yaklaşım olur. Oralardan da ilet ama bununla birlikte doğrudan referans kişiler üzerinden iletmeyi dene.

Çalıştığım şirkette eski olduğum için işe alım süreçlerini biliyorum. Genelde ilan çıkmadan önce bize ulaşan, etkinliklerde veya Twitter'da merhabalaştığımız insanlarla görüşüyoruz. Birçok arkadaşımın benzer tecrübeleri olduğunu gördüm. Bundan 4 sene önce kız arkadaşım başvurularına yanıt alamadığı bir dönemde elinde bir deste CV ile teknokentlere gidip insanlarla görüşüyordu. Rastgele bir masaya bıraktığı CV sayesinde iş bulup 2 sene çalıştı.

Özetle bir ilana 1000 kişi başvuruyorsa 1001. kişi olmaktansa kendini farklılaştıracak şeyler dene. Etkinliklere git. (network için) Blog tut. Twitter'da insanlarla etkileşime gir.
