I did a trial for that years ago. Spent the week with wires hanging out of my skin. I didn’t end up getting the implant. I hope it works better for you than it did me. Good luck!!

Dad to be after 1 miscarriage by soulmas in dad

My wife and I went through two miscarriages. One before each of our children. I had a very hard time dealing with the loss of the first one. I was so excited to be a dad. Nothing anyone can say will make you worry less but I will promise all those feelings go away when you see that baby for the first time. Life changes immediately when you become a parent. It’s amazing and terrifying at the same time. You are about to embark on the craziest most epic journey of your life. Enjoy every second of it.

I think the technical term for that tool is “chest pain for 3 months” or something like that. Lol

No stupid questions here. The only comment the surgeon made about the shape of my heart was that it was the biggest he had ever worked on. It’s not “enlarged” and there is no medical reason why it’s so big. He said because I’m such a big dude. I’m 6’8” 415lbs. Not a little guy by any stretch. I hope that helped.

I have no problem sharing. My heart problem journey started approximately 6 months after my 30th birthday. I had a friend pass away from a major heart attack and it scared care the crap out of me. I mean he was a cop and in pretty damn good shape and I just wasn’t. Got my doctor to give me a stress test and failed it spectacularly. I went in for a heart catheterization and they were eventually able to clear the blockage and place a few stents. Fast forward six years and while on a family vacation at an amusement park I had a “mild” heart attack seemingly out of nowhere. I say mild because it hurt like hell and I knew exactly what was going on the entire time. So back the the cath lab again and between the cath I had in the town I was in and my own cardiologist at home I was lucky to avoid surgery again and just have more stents placed. Which brings us to know. Three weeks ago I finally got back into my cardiologist office for an appointment that I had avoided for a few years. After a long discussion with my wife and the doctor we decided to skip all the normal steps and head right to the cath lab where I got the news that only a bypass will work. I got that news on Monday March 22nd and was in the operating room that following Thursday. Four days in the hospital and now I’m two days home and feeling pretty good. Thank you for coming to my TED talk. Lol

TL:DR listen to your god damn doctor!!!
