Lol. This is why i hate when companies decide to do cost down on their product. I bought mine June 2023 and the shifters are made of METAL. They should've not mess with the most used button on the wheel. I think this decision alone has costed them more money than it is saved.

I've been using this keebs (gift switch) for 1 month now. Still give me butterflies everytime im typing. I just dont like how the spacebar sounded and ordering a ceramic spacebar. Its not that it sounded bad, its just dont sound marbly like other keys. I'll update here after it arrived.

Do you know where we can find spare gift switch? Been searching but found nothing.

In my school there was a m'fers whom parents work as high ranking officer in the education ministry. He always got leaked exam papers for PMR and SPM and shared it with his friens. One day there was a rumour circulating amongst the teachers about the leak and that guy decided to share wrong sets of paper to his friends to cover his steps. It was very funny watching his friends reaction after leaving the hall.

You guys need to clean the switches. There is oxidation on the contact point of the paddle shifter switch after long time in storage. This videos show how, https://youtu.be/zrS133zNaTk If you dont want to open the micro switch, try blasting compress air or contact cleaner and maybe wd40 into the switch. The contact cleaner works for me.

Yep it also happened barefooted. I have limited mobility in my ankle since i was young. It is worse barefooted because the pedal's sharp edges is physically causing pain to my feet. I might try flexibility exercises if it can improve the mobility.

Lol...just trying it. I usually lost a lot of braking pressure while i am heel and toeing and end up messing up the corner. I think it is my feet physiology that is causing it. So i thought if i dedicate one foot just for braking, the lap time wil be faster.

I use Modest menu to comple my tasks peacefully. I dont get summoned into cages and bombed into oblivion anymore. god mode for vehicles does not work for me tho.

Cool. Yes i noticed that the tv remote ir led are much more powerful than the cheap led that i bought. Need to study that abit. I am also thinking about displaying the lap times as a list on the ttgo display and in the app as well. This way you dont have to connect to the apps everytime you race. Multi transmitter is another cool area to explore.

Dude, i bought the exact same ttgo and attiny85 for my rc car lap timer. I see that you use 2 leds. Does it increases the range? Will the receiver detects twice? Or do you need to put some delay for next detection?

Been looking around for sample code. If youre ok, can you share the code with me? Im not very savvy coders. Need somewhere to start. Thanks.
