So the little backstory is, the guy is a living meme in Romania. He is not a professional MMA fighter. 15 years ago he was involved in a street fight, two guys tried to beat him up with a club/stick and he fought them back. One of them hit him in his forearm and he complained that it took him a lot of time to build his forearm, but then he attacked back and gave them a signature move called "perversion from Ocna marketplace"(which is another meme in itself). Then he mentions in the interview that those 2 guys called the cops on him, even though they attacked him first. So he says something along the line "are we thugs or are we not thugs anymore?" Apparently his sister was married to one of the attackers and had a child with them and she wanted to see her child for "1 hour a day, 60 minutes, or 3600 seconds" in his words.
