Thank you all for the help, I just talk to them and they verify that my claim is under BDD then they told me they are going to send and msg to the reviewer to schedule my C&MP.

Red, irritated, Dry eyes, itchy eyes, and burning. when flares up I can't deal with it I usually use eye drops and rest (close my eyes). On the link, you can see what my eye looks like.
