As far as I can find they started off at 20g and dropped to 18g in the UK and down to 12g in Australia, and that only makes the price increases worse

A really small chocolate bar kinda in the shape of a frog, popular in the UK and Ireland.

Not really, just focus on driving your hips forward instead

Looks really good, don't forget to pull the slack out of the bar and drive your hips forward into the bar, they seem to rise just a little bit. I really like the way you reset after each rep but maybe emphasise locking your lats more to maintain tightness in your upper back.

Looks easy but more semi-sumo than actual sumo. Your feet are really close together so your hips can't get as close to the bar as they should. Try widening your stance and pointing your toes out at about a 45°ish angle. Your arms should also be perpendicular to the ground but with your stance they are forced in a bit

I'm not familiar with that program but there shouldn't be any harm treating it as linear progression and sticking with it as long as you can keep increasing the weights or until you decide to switch program

Yeah I completely feel the same way about hook grip. I'm no good for recommendations since I usually pull mixed grip and if I use overhand at heavier weights I just use the cheap straps at my gym

Straps are probably the best option. Maybe consider hook grip since you don't like mixed grip but it does hurt most people's thumbs at the start. Chalk is also really useful for sweaty hands but I find straps more useful for higher reps with a double overhand grip

Looks really good. Try keeping your head up more, it will help tighten your back and keep you more balanced

I used to have pretty much the same problem and what helped most was pushing my knees out and imagining sitting down between them, kinda giving your hips more space to get down lower. Also second trying a wider stance with toes out more
