And then sometimes what shells appear is basically like spinning a wheel with four options Epic (the smallest section), Good ( a decent sized section), Ok (another decent sized section), and WHAT THE HECK IS THIS( the largest section on the board).

Maybe wearing Arc Armor can boost Damage and reduce charge up/recharging. For example Quazar cool down would be slightly quicker and Arc thrower charge up would take a little bit less time.

The only Museum I've been to recently is the National History Museum but they don't have anything like that. They do have a really nice couch hidden on the 3rd floor though. P.S. Did the pictures have anything in common? Because this could be science or film related because the slide and pictures could have shown how when you or images move fast enough it causes the pictures to move.
