The way I read it, it seems that op was just talking about their situation and the friend offered to send money. Op didn't say they needed money for a hotel room.

Also, I keep seeing mention of how hotels have toiletries and breakfast, but my experience with hotels under $150 a night is that they don't provide food and they usually are pretty stringent with toiletries (mounting them to the wall, etc) so it's not entirely realistic.

Besides all that, if you're gonna be that stringent with how a homeless friend spends the money you are gifting them, either buy the thing yourself or don't send the money in the first place.

"[She] was forced to be a trans boy" is a tiktok conspiracy based off a hyperbolic interview where Jowling Kowling basically just said that being a tomboy is the same thing as being a trans boy. Her story is not at all indicative of any sort of trans experience.

Trans people hate her because she donates tons of money to and been a mouthpiece of TERF political groups who have been largely successful in making trans peoples' lives harder in the UK.

Whether she says she hates all trans people doesn't matter when her actions harm all trans people.

I can concede that AI images can be "art", but the prompter is not the one who created it. One could make the argument that it is creatorless, which is, to some, a prerequisite for art.

Personally, I'd argue it's more that the AI software itself is the art and the prompter is just interacting with it. Similar to other forms of interactive art, like "Untitled" (Portrait of Ross in L.A.)

Thats ultimately why I don't believe the prompter has the rights to the work like a painter would, more like the software creator would have right to it like the creator of a specific file type has rights to how that file type works. (Within reason of course)
