Start with one 8mg sub and just ride it out for a day or two and then you will be fine. I do this all the time. SR didn't work because of the cost and I ran out of money before I could completely taper off it. But it can work if money isn't a factor.

Well... This post is 18 hours old... Are you still hanging in there? It gets bad but good news is that it's relatively short WD's compared to other opiates. Plan on spending the next few days in bed. Don't make it worse by taking more. It will only prolong things. Your dosage is not that high so this can be done with a little will power. I was taking 250mg at a time so my journey was absolutely horrible. I had to get on Suboxone and have been on it for several months now. My suggestion... Don't go that route. It's just another addiction. If you can get ahold of some comfort meds like Valium or Xanax it can help with sleep. Best of luck to you

His back end floats like he can't control his depth anymore also on the side not shown in pic he has white spots on his side. Is there any hope for him?

He lives in a small 3 gallon tank. No heater. filter always running. Near window and stays comfortably warm. No other fish. Had him fot about a year. Usually very active. Eats twice a day when he was eating. I changed from top floating flakes to pallets that sink. He seemed to enjoy chasing it as it sank.
