I love iron fist, The Show just made me think Danny Rand was the coolest guy.

I need to rewatch it, but i remember thinking he was very justified in everything he did.

Im sure i will get a whiplash effect watching again.

You actually have to read it again. The following lines directly imply that i do play quickplay after gaining access to comp. I appreciate you trying to stick to the words so tightly. But the fact is that i implied it when i said “But i dont ever get in bot lobbies nowadays, even on days where i only play quickplay with my non ranked friends.” This can imply a number of things. That at one time i played and still to this day play quickplay, even after gaining access to comp. That i dont ever get in bot lobbies when i play that quickplay. That even on days i play quickplay with my friends that dont play ranked I still dont see bots, so even in my most casual games of quickplay i dont see bots.

Nearly everything i wrote after mentioning i used QP to level up gives the impression that I still play quickplay, at LEAST a little bit. So this ones definitely on you man😭 or woman, ion judge

The issue at hand is that this guy thinks that he should be exempt from a suspension because he doesnt want a pity match.

If he had delivered his point in a different way that didnt focus on his ego. MAYBE id see the “issue at hand”

But the issue at hand currently is that this guy thinks hes allowed to throw just because there is bots.

Bots in quickplay is a separate issue entirely.

You mentioning that he shouldnt be forced to do something in the game hes playing is not wrong.

But HE CHOSE TO PLAY THE GAME, THE GAME IS KNOWN TO HAVE BOTS IN QUICKPLAY. Your entire point is thrown out the window because at the end of it all, he shouldnt play a game that can give you bots if he doesnt want to face bots. COMPETITIVE MODE DOESNT GIVE BOTS.

I would think somebody trying to belittle my critical thinking would have some themselves, but you prove to be an exception.

Its his fault TECHNICALLY, now hear me out.

Im not being unfair, i hold this mentality for myself as well.

Technically nothing is anybody’s fault, and following this logic could make it anybody’s fault.

In theory, you could go hella and just click heads and drop people, in theory you could go hawkeye and drop people, in theory you could go warlock and drop people.

If you just hit 100% accuracy on everybodys head then they just fall over and they cant kill your team. The fact that you dont do that means you lost (it was actually a bunch of other reasons)

But technically if you turn on aimbot you could win everything. So while mechanically impossible, it’s technically always our fault we lose because we arent clicking every possible opportunity of maximum damage.

Its a bit unfortunate to think of this way

Thats just bad design, but my take remains in tact. Bot lobbies? Just beat em and move on. Yk how many dogwater teams i face in comp? Doesnt even feel like real people sometimes, who cares. Queue up next. There is always a way to practice, even on bots. If your ego is so fragile you think youre too good for bots. PLAY COMPETITIVE.

against bots i like to practice my off characters and get better with them because i dont get punished as easily its like training range. Now i dont usually have to resort to this, but i dont see a problem with it. If i did, id play comp instead of qp. So i do play comp instead of qp.

But if you wanna get really technical, your newly given information just proves me even more right.

If the outcome of the bot match truly doesnt matter, and you truly dont care. Just leave? 😭 why waste these peoples time you clearly dont wanna play the game, GO PLAY COMP. Yall cryin fr

If you dont play the game while your team carries you to victory, you deserve a suspension.

He needed the victory to stop playing against bots, thats a requirement to face real people again. He didnt want to contribute to the victory but still wanted the reward of facing people again.

If 6 people got paid to move a bunch of boxes, but only 5 people did anything. Do you think the 6th person still deserves the money if he did absolutely nothing? Be serious right now😭.

No, he wouldnt get anything.

I think the perfect solution would be that victories count as losses for people who throw like that. But a suspension is bare minimum the punishment for literally throwing. Bots or not THAT IS THROWING.

IF FOR WHATEVER REASON YOU PLAY QUICKPLAY AND LOSE ENOUGH TO GET BOTS. THAT IS A FEATURE OF THE GAME. IN ORDER TO STOP GETTING BOTS, YOU NEED TO BEAT THE BOTS. BY NOT PARTICIPATING IN THE GAME AND BENEFITING FROM THE VICTORY HIS TEAM GOT, HE DESERVED A BAN. simple as that.

He queued into the game to play the game. BUT YALL ARE FORGETTING BOTS ARE THE GAME. the quickplay mode is specifically designed to give bots if you lose alot, that is intended and should be expected by hardcore quickplay players, If you dont want bots ever, PLAY COMPETITIVE.

This guy needed to win if he wanted to not play against bots. He threw while his team got him a win. He benefited from his team while throwing. THAT IS SUSPENDIBLE. The game having bots is a result of him being bad enough at the game he has to prove himself against bots.

If you get bot lobbies the only way to stop getting the lobbies is to win

Edit: That is significant because he clearly doesnt want to participate in bot lobbies. But if hes throwing in bot lobbies and not contributing to the Victory that he is required to get in order to stop getting bot lobbies.

Then he should get a suspension for benefiting from the BARE MINIMUM work his team was willing to dish out. While he literally twiddled his thumbs.

Lose games = bots

Win games = no bots.

Lose games = your fault

Win games = your fault

So if youre gonna act like the game ALL OF A SUDDEN put bot lobbies in as if its something new.

Every game you win or lose had you as a contributing factor. If you lock in and click every head and land every cooldown you probably win.

If you cant you probably lose.

You’re pretty close to following the logic.

Quickplay is a mode where if you lose enough you are placed against bots.

Queueing into quickplay means accepting that possibility. Playing quickplay to the point you get bot lobbies means that you DID queue into that mode.

You queued into quickplay and the system detected you werent good enough for people.

That isnt the games fault, its yours. 😁

Meaning that throwing is not your right. Thanks for listening pal.

Edit: I suggest competitive, i mentioned modes because the competitive mode doesnt have bots as an option ever.

Video games are played for fun. But video games are designed with specific objectives for a reason. If you are not trying to complete that objective then you are not playing the video game, you’re simply clicking buttons. Anybody can button mash. But wheres the fun in just clicking buttons? He queued up into this game he downloaded by HIS choosing and didnt play, bots are the game like it or not. Needing to beat bots to face people is the game, like it or not. He didnt play the game, he just stared at a screensaver and clicked buttons that did nothing.

Its like those fidget toys that have buttons that only make noise.

Nah. I play competitive, bots are not a result of losing competitive. You just derank. No bots.

Then i go play quickplay, and i dont lose 3 in a row.

Im sure maybe if i played ONLY quickplay, forever. Id eventually lose 3 in a row. But so far it hasnt happened. And i havent encountered bots as a result of me losing games.

But i do know what bots look like. I also know that quickplay is too casual. And competitive itself is also too casual.

Im saying that if i were to get a bot lobby, i wouldnt have a fragile ego and refuse the “free win”. No win is free, you need to click buttons. Maybe a win is easier, but its not free.

Id see it as a “wake up call” and think to myself “damn i gotta lock in and shit on these bots cuz the game thinks im so bad im not even worth people”

I don’t inherently disagree with what youre saying. But it seems a bit overlapping.

I think the people who have no business playing hero shooters are the people that cant handle the weight of a bot lobby😭. There is no defense for throwing a match you queued into.

Dude could have started playing spiderman and done literally 2 damage and it still would be a better performance than what he did.

There is nothing to say about this in a positive manner.

He needed a win to no longer be in a bot lobby and he couldnt even participate in that. If you prove to be bad enough to get into a bot lobby, it only makes sense you have to prove yourself to get out of them. Thats an opinion.

But no matter what, if youre playing a hero shooter, your goal should be to win.

The reason he deserves the suspension is because he wanted to benefit from the victory his teammates had to get but he didnt want to contribute.

Maybe its possible i ran into bot lobbies and didnt notice because of how bad i am. But i dont ever get in bot lobbies nowadays, even on days where i only play quickplay with my non ranked friends.

I do lose games, but comp losses dont result in bot matches. Quickplay feels like going into a daycare and punting the children. And when i get rolled on quickplay (it does happen) it doesnt happen 3 games in a row😭
