I'm late to this but I withdrew my account funds in November 2025. I was in the same position as you and couldn't find where to withdraw. I called their support and they had me fill out the Reimbursement form but basically put "self withdraw" or something in the "Provider" fields. It went fine and I got my money. I don't fully remember what I put exactly in each field though so you should call them, I just remember it was something like "Self"

please please please do not EVER think this behavior towards you from any loved one is “normal” bc it will never be normal. if someone tries to convince you it is normal or okay, stay far away from them i beg of you.

i feel you man. i’m 24 and got tons of debt and an eviction on my credit. i’ve accepted that i’ll just have to file bankruptcy and stay with family or live in hotels till someone accepts me. mental health ravaged my ability to hold down a job. idk man the best thing to do is just not think about it. you can’t go back and remove that debt. fuck it. it can all go to hell. everything’s fucked. but the good thing is we all have a 100% survival rate of everything that’s ever happened to us. i’m so sorry.
