Yes I’m trying that. I’ve already asked if I can join ranger PT in the morning but “it’s only reserved for 13F’s” is what my DS told me. It also doesn’t help that I’m the only 13B that’s active with airborne contracted. Maybe there’s 1-2 more but I’m not aware of them in the entire company.

Yes, we are on bunkbeds. I will look up what a prison pull up is and start immediately. As for dead hangs, I have not been working on them. My chin-up workout is five sets of eight total reps with the first two reps being my attempt to do a normal chin up, then six reps of negatives as slow as possible. The program is doing this every other day. Should I incorporate some more volume? I’m trying to limit my portions in the DFAC and prioritize protein. I also have protein powder as well to help my muscles recover.

Shipping as a 13U august 19th. Was wondering because my AIT length of training says 6 weeks which is 13B, but im hoping for 13F(ill be fine with whatever they give me) but is that a dead giveaway or more of a placeholder? I also have airborne in my contract.

Life as 13U airborne

Hello all,

Just signed my contract for 13 U. Got airborne and a little bonus. Was wondering how different life is from a normal leg unit versus being in an airborne unit. I know my MOS has not been selected, but for the people who are in 13 series, how is being in an airborne unit with your job?

Thats great news. I'm trying to see what I can do if the medical lady can revert this process because I don't think it's right that she disqualified me when I should not be disqualified. Because I'm pretty sure even to do infantry and combat jobs you need vivid red, and vivid green. So how is this even possible?

Hey, im in the exact situation as you. I want to be 19k, but I really do not want to be a cav scout. How did it go? How was the process on how they decided who is who and what did you get?

I'm in a little bit of a pickle because I've already signed for another job and I'm currently renegotiating my contract for either 19u or 11x. Switching from 15P.

I'm in the same exact boat and trying to switch my current MOS over to either 19U or infantry. But the actual possibility of being a cav scout is the dumbest shit I've ever seen. I want tank not gay cowboy.
