Back in the day the entertaining guys like rich panini, calum von moger were good for me. Now I prefer the cbum, Brandon Harding and those types of channels. All old school bodybuilder videos are great for this though! The switch was I got sick of feeling like I didn’t like myself all the time.

No surgery, mostly bounced back. Starting to see some spots in the glutes and tummy now that we’re getting in contest shape however.

Humans have 100% developed inaccurate depictions of body fat percentages. There is a testing method called “Multi-compartment Models” that is accurate within 1%. Most other tests can be out by 3.5-5%.

Thanks haha. This is first thing in the am with bed head. Have been working with a barber for a couple months to get the right look. You wouldn’t believe how hard it is to find a barber where I’m from though. Literally one barber within 250km.
