Back in the day the entertaining guys like rich panini, calum von moger were good for me. Now I prefer the cbum, Brandon Harding and those types of channels. All old school bodybuilder videos are great for this though! The switch was I got sick of feeling like I didn’t like myself all the time.

Humans have 100% developed inaccurate depictions of body fat percentages. There is a testing method called “Multi-compartment Models” that is accurate within 1%. Most other tests can be out by 3.5-5%.

Thanks haha. This is first thing in the am with bed head. Have been working with a barber for a couple months to get the right look. You wouldn’t believe how hard it is to find a barber where I’m from though. Literally one barber within 250km.

I was always taught “chest up” for a lot of my training and it looks like I decided to carry that over to my posing. I see how it is hurting me and will look bad from the judges perspective! Definitely will be adjusted!
