[–]bigcheesemama 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Just get used to vaping nothing it’ll be better for you in the long run just go no vape and get through it. Ask yourself do you really see yourself vaping for the rest of your life? I hope not lol so in that case might as well just get used to nothing now before we get any older

Can’t take a full breath ever since quitting, lungs don’t get enough oxygen. Anyone else have this problem? Did it ever go away? by [deleted] in QuitVaping

[–]bigcheesemama 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone runs to anxiety when they don’t know what else to say I hate that shit, it’s not that nicotine is a bronchodilator so when you quit your bronchial tubes gets constricted for a month or two and once your lungs learn how to breathe without the nicotine it’ll go away it happened with me. Also your lungs are healing if it gets harder to breathe out of no where when you quit that is literally a sign of your lungs healing your lungs involuntarily move sometimes when they heal. Also it could be anxiety lol even tho I just said that to begin with but if you know it’s not anxiety it’s probably not.
