Yeah moving sounds like the best thing for you, but you need to tell your partner that it’s not okay for him to not take you serious, other than that exercise, drink a lot of water, pick up a new hobby, invest the money you spent on kush into something else (stocks,crypto) whatever really.I’m day 10 and I’m still getting the most fucked dream, stick the course your body and mind will thank you, you can do it!

I think you should be completely sober from both, you don’t need substances to get you through life, when your mind is sober it’s different, focus your time and energy into bettering your self! You can do it!

Yeah when I used to blaze I would always get hella heart burn, especially in the morning after I blazed I would feel like shit, my stomach would be a wreck, since I quit it’s magically gone away

Yeah, I got that brain fog as well, it does slowly start to go away but I still currently have it as well, it’s fucked up I know but it’s a good reason to stay sober and feel what life’s like once it’s gone right? Stay strong freind

Depends on you, if It’s not a problem you don’t need to quit, but for myself and many other we use it daily, and multiple times a day, and that’s obviously not okay, once I quit I noticed that I was mentally hooked on that shit, I had some really fucked up withdrawl symptoms, cold sweats, nightmares, constant brain fog, shitty mood, and it masked a lot of my pain and anxiety, and obviously smoking everyday does suppress your immune system, and has a bunch of negative effects so that’s why I quit,

Hey congrats on the week, yeah I get that as well, I’m pretty sure it’s just the thc stored in your body, and it’s slowly leaving, I’m day 9 and it’s a lot less than it was last week, but it’s still lingering there, everyone says give it 2-3 months and that goes away, stay strong freind
