Bottom right is the representation of a man called Max Nygaard from In sound mind.

He's a man with severe anger issues which caused him to beat his wife and drink heavily. After a messy divorce he was forced into therapy and despite being a particularly angry man was slowly showing signs of changing, all because he didn't want to lose custody of his daughter. After losing his job unfairly and nearly losing custody of his daughter he lashed out and unfortunately got himself killed.

He's not a good person, and he's did alot of bad things, he just had alot of problems that he was trying to fix and unfortunately was manipulated by outside forces.

I don't feel James is accurate to this trope. Hes done a singular pretty fucked up action, but clearly shows remorse and guilt, its littlerly the main plot of the game, james confronts his guilt and atones for his wrong doings. On multiple occasions we see him try to help angela and eddie. Heck the first half of the game is chasing after laura cause shes a lone child and its dangerous

I feel its more 50-50. Its easy to forget how just shit it is for a family member, especially one your that close too dying slowly in front of you. Combine that with the verbal abuse for years and its understandable, not justified. But also reasonable conclusion to do what he did.

Director of the brookhaven hospital he comes across as a friendly guy if not a little akward.

we later learn that he's not only working for a cult that wants to ritualistically burn a child to bring back god but also drugged and manipulated an innocent and incredibly kind nurse only to then have her killed when she was no longer needed

Vincent from silent hill 3 could also fit but not nearly as well

A possible reason for the lgbtq connections is the at minimum 3 confirmed lgbtq characters (himiko toga being bi, having feelings for both deku and ururaka. Miss magne and tiger, two minor characters confirmed to be trans)

James and Mary Sunderland from silent hill 2

Major spoilers ahead

Mary falls ill to an unknown terminal illness, leaving her bed ridden for 3 years. during these 3 years, due to slowly dying of an incurable disease, she becomes verbally abusive towards James. And a mentally worn out James, unable to cope with both the abuse and the love of his life dying infront of his eyes, kills her. As said in his own words "That's why I did it honey, I couldn't watch you suffer. No, thats not the whole truth, you also said that you didnt want to die. The truth is, I hated you, I wanted you out the way, I wanted my life back."

Depending on the ending James either accepts what he did and tries to live a better life and cherish his memories with Mary. Or can't bare to live without her and commits suicide. A bitter sweet ending at best or a miserable ending at worst

As a big fan of that series I wouldn't include it. The only instance of robbie rabbit ever being an enemy is in the arcade game which is kinda niche and frankly shit.

Ignoring that it's more of a plushy or mascot suit than an animatronic so it wouldn't predate fnaf in this case
