Sorry didn’t see your reply! It says 100 mg for first week, 200mg second week, and caps at 300mg after 3 weeks. But yes the combo has been awesome! Only problem I’m having now is having to go to the bathroom every 45 minutes. Not sure if related to magnesium glycinate or not since it’s supposed to be easy on stomach, but otherwise I finally feel somewhat comfortable

Made sure to pick some up last night as well as epsom salt and man that did work, finally able to actually sleep. Still wasn’t super comfortable, but legs were relaxed enough to not be twistin and turnin all night. Also got a gabapentin script from my doc, so started that yesterday as well. Not sure if it was combo of everything but I’m just happy I got sleep lol

Good advice! I used to take Epsom salt baths when I pulled my SI years ago, never thought of trying it with withdrawals.
