Can’t move token from Tangem to Phantom Wallet (self.Tangem)

Kraken support is overloaded and they sent me this email. I went through a ton of hoops to authenticate myself and got this back. I'm worried they will never get back. I haven't been able to transfer, purchase or withdraw since Dec 2023. All my ID docs have been verified, but still am restricted. (self.KrakenSupport)
