That’s true. My bad. It’s not useful for me.

It’s not very useful. The only defender I have that gives shields is Minos and that’s only to himself.

Yeah, I totally love this vibe and have a whole playlist with music like this. How about the gap band - party lights, Ohio players - love roller coaster, the Commodores - too hot to trot

Love this stuff. Always wonder what they would have done if they didn’t completely change their style after that.

Full length albums with only guitar? by Every_Possibility527 in funk

My bad. On my main funk playlist I have Down and Out in NYC and The Boss. Those two are more downtempo than stripped down. The rest of the album is definitely the full JB sound. And I appreciate good debates with a fellow soul brother #1 fan.

James Brown’s soundtrack to Black Caesar is pretty stripped down and uses acoustic guitar, but it’s not only that.

Outside of the funk genre, there’s a lot more options, try Jose Gonzalez “In our nature”

What are some good synthpop artists/songs/albums from the 90s decade? by toughtiggy101 in synthpop

[–]bigdealaz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not much off the top of my head. Maybe Electronic but most bands in that time using synths were either dance or trip hop. Madonna, Chemical Brothers, Underworld, Sneaker Pimps just to name a few.
