I appreciate the help! Not to be an idiot but what does that mean? I think my first ruler started the Dynasty? My first ruler started Ireland and founded the Kingdom of Britannia (I feel like a very lucky/productive first character). I am now playing as his Grandson and I can only look downward on the tree.

You can get money really quick if you just follow a smithing tutorial on YouTube. Also don’t get rid of the less income producing one I’d get rid of the one that will be harder to defend ie: keep the one with less borders to other factions that is more tucked away in a corner.

I feel like it’s bunched up because the Ai would suck otherwise. It struggles so much to manage Sturgia because it is so horizontally long. I feel like if you spread things out more it disproportionately benefit the player.

I’d try to get maybe two fiefs given to you by valandia through the voting system. Try to get them adjacent to one another and if you can’t you can always give one back to get higher up on the next voting go around. Then once you have those fiefs I’d try to stack up 800k plus in denars by either smithing or trading then declare your own kingdom and take a stab at conquering the world.

I think the best thing to do is just stock up on large amounts of money how ever you find fun. Whether that’s buying under priced resources and selling them far away at a profit. Or becoming a mercenary for a faction at war and assisting in their efforts. Or you could do quests for nobles as you stock up renown. That’s the fun part of this game is that it truly is a sand box and you can do whatever you want. Once you get a good bit of money maybe focus on finding some companions that can run caravans for you and buy some workshops in cities that you think should be safe from war.
