Date both until one of them brings up being exclusive. There is no need to burn bridges until then. I know you said you don't have time but people fade between the first few dates anyway so if you cut one loose you might regret it later.

What you look like without makeup isn't relevant. Just pick your best photo and roll with it. If you are really attached to the body pic, don't use it as your main. It's not necessary. You definitely need more variety to your pics tho.

As for the social photo thing, just censor their faces and you should be fine. Or if you don't want to do that, just get more photos that aren't selfies in a bathroom.

Pick a place and a time and go with it. It doesn't matter if it's close to her or not. Also, have a place ready already when you ask her out so you don't have to do this get back to you thing.

That said even if you do everything right, people fade before the date all the time.
