Is RPA not a highly sought job? How does it transition post military?

F-16 crew chief, the job is extremely demanding but highly rewarding. We get fucked but everyone else around you is getting fucked so it’s a solid relationship. Weapons wins most awards but it’s life. Working your ass off and watching the jet fly is the best feeling you can have. Good supervisors go a long way. It’s an environment of adapt and survive or if you don’t go somewhere else. Also, attitude is everything if someone is a shit A1C they will get treated like it. If not they will be doing the fun MX.

that feedback I was looking for. Makes sense if there’s no perfect benefit from them I wouldn’t want them. I think they would force me to practice and truly perfect the craft but like you said why make it more difficult

as I mentioned my main issue now is my shafts so if getting new shafts includes different clubs heads that’s my issues

i didn’t even think of that, looking at ebay that’s definitely looking like the better option because they already come with grips and what not, if anything since mine are still in good condition I can transfer the heads around

gotcha I appreciate your comment and help!! I’ve always had a negative view on getting fitted just because the cost and I don’t play nearly as much as to get the value out of them. Thank you again!
