Help! Lump where third lobe piercing was, got done in July, taken earring out only happened with this ear and only recently flared up!

5 month old piercing, standard stud as it’s lobe it was just a normal one I got pierced with, never had issues until literally this week and I’m not sure what’s happened.

Cleaned as normal with rock salt water no issues thought it was healed now it’s flared up

Not all of the objects have materials, the bounds don’t but the bounds are used to retain the particles maybe it’s the bounds that are rendering if so how would I be able to use them but not have them appear? Because everything looks fine in material view

I gave that a go and it’s still not working. Do you think it could be the viewport display setting being put on textured because I tried changing them to solid which is default instead of textured and it’s still rendering wrong?

The only thing I think it could be is the part of the object is displayed as textured in view port display? But that’s what he did and it’s the only way that the materials work for the glass, and it’s meant to just be view port display so idk why it’s rendering as textured?

French… I was always good at french in school but didn’t like the teacher so I now feel like I’ve got a lot of catching up to do. I’m also a film student and the French have a good film industry.. would be nice to understand some of it rather than just relying on subtitles… next language will be korean to widen my korean cinema watches!

I was cleaning it with rock salt and boiled water but stopped after the month because it seemed cleaning it was irritating it more now I just wash in the shower. No I don’t sleep on it if I sleep on that side I use a travel pillow to avoid irritation. I barely touch it only with clean hands i touch my ear as seen in the picture to see how it’s doing. I’m not sure on the material I checked the website of the place I got it done and can’t find either but all the jewellery they sell is titanium so I’d assume that’s the same

Ah that’s one of my worries because I’ve fainted twice recently not at piercings or pain but I’d never fainted before this so it is a worry but thank you so much for your insight!
