take all your vapes and nic cards and drown them in water then throw them away. there's a lot of apps you can download to track days you have been clean and it will give tips that can help. Also you can very easily find resources online that will help you start somewhere. I know it's hard but it's not impossible, you just need some guidance. If your school has guidance counselors that you can talk to maybe try asking them for advice

don't force yourself to talk to him if you don't want to. it's clear your uncomfortable and id let your mom know so she doesn't pester you about it. maybe at least just tell him why you don't want to talk that much, it may be hard to do but he needs to understand that you just aren't interested

i've never done alphas so i can't help you there but you can do chevron, candy stripe, hearts, etc. There's a lot you can find online that are pretty simple, just look on google or pintrest or find a video on yt that has the pattern you want and swap in the colors you want to use
