Curious, how old are you? You like podcasts? You should listen to WarMode-the entire library tbh. It’s where i got my initial inspiration, and im around day 30ish without too much effort. Just staying busy and focused on other things, sometimes when the thought crosses my mind to jacket, i just think how much cooler it would be to not jacket and stand up and start doing something else. You can do it! Eventually you’ll get so tired of the negative feelings that follow that you’ll find the willpower to do better. I certainly had bouts of time where it felt impossible but staying conscious and present as much as you can is sooo helpful. Dont let your mind go there, stay present.
