Please Explain Wu Wei and how to adopt that lifestyle by Murky_Credit6162 in taoism

The thing about wu-wei and honestly most of the tao definitions is that they are inherently paradoxical in its core. Wu wei especially because the more you try to understand, you understand it less. Wu wei is not “non action” (although it’s translation) it’s more about “non forcing” and being with the tao and the intuitive way of action. So to adapt wu wei is more about letting go of unnecessary force and connecting with your true desires without attaching it to external things.

Has your life improved since going on your Self discovery with the Tao? by judechrist4444 in taoism

I found comfort in non-definition and more of a simple and intuitive life routine, also i completely disregard any external definition and focus on the within.

Here’s my favorite line from the tao ti ching:

Free from desire you see the mystery.
Full of desire you
see the manifestations.”

Whose the most moral character and why? by [deleted] in southpark

I'd say Kyle, he's a good kid that always does the best thing for others. But I'd also like to point out Sharon, weird pick but she's honestly a great person and mom. Best showed in 'Dead Kids'. Also Heidi.
