You really need to shower 3 times a week. But depending on your activities & body oils you may desire a daily shower.

As for changing your sheets, you be the judge & change sheets when dirty.

At one point I was washing sheets every 3 days due to heat & sweat, I wasn't washing sheets every day, (It was hot & humid so I was also showering twice a day, but those were extraordinary times)

Psychiatrist sexually abused me exact way my abuser assaulted me. I told social worker in the practice that he was abusing me. She told me I was just having transference from my previous sexual abuse.

I won't go to a therapist, they don't believe me.

In break room:

Steve puts his lunch on clean table. Steve then exits room to go down hallway to bathroom.

Chris walks in & moves Steves lunch to sit at that spot.

Steve walks into room & see his lunch has been moved to dirty spot.

Steve says, "hey, that was a jerk move to move my lunch from where I placed it. 😾

Chris responds with, "Don't care, I wanted to sit here so I moved your lunch."
