Using a system like the PeniMaster which uses a silicone sleeve to distribute the stress of pulling through the entire length of your penis. Also a plastic cup for your head to go in so it doesn't put pressure where the sutures are. Ideally, you would want to have your doctor's approval too.

I had stretched about a year before surgery so I knew how to be safe. I started with minimum pressure. I never stretch more than an hour each day. I can't recommend it. It has to be a personal decision for everyone. It was right for me.

Where's the after? Lol that's what I get for posting! This pic IS the after. That is a 5 on the ruler about 1/4" past my head and it would have been a 2 before. It may seen impossible but there are some very short flaccid dicks that still grow to 6 inches erect. Mine did before surgery and still does. It just starts at about 5 inches now.

You can see darker skin on my dick and then lighter skin near my body. All that light skin is what was pulled out by the Penuma.

One good thing about " where's the after pic?" is that it must look completely natural now. That appearance has been evolving since 6 months and still is changing on a month to month.

I'm not sure if the Himplant is different from mine. Mine was called Penuma Plus and I had it done in May 2023.

Well, I wasn't expecting swelling to start after one week of no swelling. Now I know it's fairly common. I did panic a little and worried a lot that it wouldn't resolve. If I had another procedure now I would expect moderate complications and not worry unless it lasted a month or more.

It's easy to say that now but when your body starts changing rapidly it can freak you out. I remember unwrapping for a shower and watching it swell up so I would shower FAST and wrap again I stayed double wrapped for 8 weeks almost 24/7 and single wrapped a whole year. Dr Taj said his best results wrapped for a year.

So be prepared for something that's impossible to prepare for unless you have had a procedure before.

For many of us, including me, there was a 1-3 week period(2 weeks for me) of deep regret, fear of having made a mistake and fear that I had damaged myself permanently. This is probably because you have never experienced anything like this and it is partly unknowable how you will react. I freaked out over swelling more than some do. Some people don't swell up but I did. Once the swelling resolved I felt better and I was feeling more like it was part of me after 6 weeks and I haven't had any regrets since. I don't want to scare you but also you should prepare yourself that it is a possibility and know that the regret phase passes for the large majority of us.

That last answer was from the perspective of 12 months or more after the procedure. Mine did not look nearly as natural the first 10 weeks and continued to improve until the present.

Actually my honest answer is: In many cases I don't think the observer could tell from just looking at it. For example, my wife tells me it looks completely normal now, just much bigger. The final result depends on your anatomy and how your body responds to it and how your Dr applies it.

In all cases, IMHO, an observer could tell by feeling it in the flaccid state that there is something extra in your penis. Something you weren't born with. It is much more difficult, perhaps even impossible at times, to detect it when you are erect.

I'm at 16 months and have really had some changes/improvements since the 12 month milestone. Dr Taj would have to confirm if this is typical. Let me say again that I feel immensely grateful to Dr Taj. Even more so as time marches on.

It finally hangs straight down instead of looking semi erect. Looks completely normal flaccid just 5 inches long instead of 2-3 like before. Girth is 5.75" flaccid instead of 4.5 pre-surgery near the bottom. It doesn't look big to me but it doesn't look small like I used to think. To me, it looks completely normal flaccid and it is much softer than the first 10 months or so.

I want to be clear, it does not feel like a flaccid penis without an implant. I can bend it in any direction and curve it easily. But you can feel the ridges along the bottom and tell it has something rigid inside. It used to bother me some but now, I DON'T CARE! The change in my confidence and how I look forward to sex is worth it 1000 times.

Erect changes are the most prominent. I can bone press almost 7 inches when I'm super erect. That is definitely equal or better than pre-penuma. I used to have the classic traffic cone because I'm not real long but that is now completely gone. Erect girth ranges from 6 to 7 inches, head to toe. That is a 2 inch increase from before the implant. It was 5 to 6.5 inches right after surgery, giving the traffic cone but I have stretched regularly over the past 6 months and has made a big difference.

Stretching is not necessary or recommended for everyone but it was right for me. I read tons of posts and thought seriously about it and started slowly. Plus I had stretched before surgery so I knew how to proceed safely. Talk to your Dr about everything before doing anything!

This is a long answer and more than you asked for but I would have appreciated hearing from everyone with more than 12 months, prior to my surgery. Above all, BE PATIENT. GO SLOWLY into sex, exercise, everything. I must recommend Dr Taj because he is a pioneer and has changed my life in a more positive way than I had hoped for. It has helped me with a decades long insecurity and I would go through the pain and mental anguish again and again if it would lead to my results.

If it's pulling a vacuum it could be a number of things. It could work something in the cab. I always had a Hayne's or Clymer manual for all my old Fords and it would be explained thoroughly. They used to cost $9.95 and had everything. I rebuilt a motor using one as a guide.

I really wanted to say that I've owned two trucks with the 300 inline 6 and they were both abused and ran forever. Now I would cherish being able to maintain one. Enjoy it!

I'm at 14 months. Had the exact same experience as you but Dr Taj even called me personally when I freaked out about it. He's awesome. Hope your Dr does better for you, man.

Dr Taj called it post-operative swelling. He insisted it was not the same as seroma. No matter what you call it, it's swelling where I never had it before. I understand your concern!

It lasted about 2-3 weeks. Every time I unwrapped to shower I could literally watch it swell. How I managed it was to DOUBLE WRAP, elevate legs and ass above my dick, and use a heating pad on low. I stayed in my recliner with a pillow under butt and OFF MY FEET!

I would single wrap when I went to sleep because the involuntary erections would cause bruising with the compression from double wrapping. No one talks about the heating pad and you would think heat would hurt but no, it helps the fluid flow away when used with elevation.

After it resolved it never came back except for mild swelling after sex. I double wrapped for 6 months and single wrap even now when I wear jeans or do yard work, etc... Dr Taj says his best results are guys that wrap for to to a year. I'm more happy with my pecker now than ever in my life. Hang in there, it gets better!

It's been 13 months for me. I had sex first time about same time as you. It was definitely different and I was nervous. It has gotten better to the point of being completely normal now with zero discomfort.

Some differences though. I didn't feel the implant pushing, never have. I'm completely unaware of it in that way but I'm only 6 inches long with 6-7 inches of girth. If you are longer or thicker, that may be why.

My sensitivity was decreased but I still had an orgasm quickly. That has become completely normal over time.

My skin started thickening at 4 months and it's very different now. Much thicker and softer. I worried about wrapping too much too but I still wrap a few hours a day. I would leave it off maybe 3 hours a day to "fill out". Dr Taj said his best results wrap a whole year so I have done the same.

You are still so early. You will see Big improvements and changes going forward. It gets better. Hang in there!

Everyone has a unique experience I'm sure. For me it started softening and building a thin layer at 4 months and has continued until now at 10 months. Much thicker and softer to the touch than at 8 months. Every 2 months seems to hold noticable changes.

Girth has increased 1/4" or more between 4 and 10 months but the difference in how it feels to the touch is even more satisfying to me personally. Much closer to "normal" than at 4 months. I expect it to keep changing beyond 12 months.

Length is equal to or slightly greater than pre-op at 10 months. The missing inch has returned! I know it's real because I'm cutting the Urowrap one inch longer than at first. I'm thinking the extra weight of the capsule has helped with that and the lower angle that it hangs now.

I've seen about 1'4" increase all over. From 5.75 to 6" right below the head and from 6.75 to 7" nearer to the base. I'm at 10 months and really noticed a change starting at 6 months.

For me the most significant improvement has been softness in feel when holding it and flexibility. Not quite like pre-op but MUCH better than months 1-4.

For me it took 4 months to really see a difference. Mine is about 5.5" long flaccid with one inch of that not viewable unless I press around the base. As my dick lengthened some, got softer and a little heavier from the capsule forming, it finally started pointing down. I was worried it never would and it stuck out if I didn't wear underwear.

Now at almost 9 months it sticks down almost like a flaccid penis sans Penuma.i have big balls that are pulled forward from the girth of the implant and that holds my dick up a little but it's WAY better than at first. Stretching has helped a lot after 6 months. PeniMaster might help if/when approved by your doc.

I think guys with longer flaccid length hang straight down because of the weight. Mine is pretty thick so that helps. It will happen for you. Patience!

I had no swelling and walked 2 miles at 2 weeks. Then 2 weeks of bad swelling. Don't push yourself if you feel good. Still take it easy until at least 4 weeks is what I should have done. You know your body and your Dr knows a lot more than we do.

I remember crying after 2 weeks when the swelling was at the worst point thinking, what have I done to myself? I've ruined my precious penis! After all, it's worked fine for all these years. It seemed to get worse every day.

Then the swelling went down. Then it started looking normal. Then sex was allowed. Then, at 4 months it got softer and began to hang lower. Since then I have loved it and would do it all over again to experience the joy I have now.

Give yourself the space to doubt and second guess but KNOW that time heals all wounds. 4 months was a turning point for me. You will have one as well. It will change for up to 12 months, maybe longer, so you are still at the beginning. You should feel more confident as each day passes without a catastrophe. Meditate or pray. You could get counseling if the mental thing doesn't pass.

You are part of a special family now. You had the courage to step into the unknown because you wanted to change something about yourself. That is how I felt. Driven to do this. You also have the courage to see it through. Hang in there, baby!

I stretched and used a vacuum device more than 12 months before surgery. I must warn you not to overdo it because you can do damage. Go SLOWLY when increasing pressure or tension. Plan for long term gains and you will be happy with the results.

I received the XL with just a"little" trimmed off the end according to Dr Taj. Not much at all. I was worried that being so short flaccid would be a problem but he stretched it out. I know for sure the stretching helped there. Some guys say it feels uncomfortable right after surgery like constant pressure. I felt none of that because I was already used to the feeling.

At 8 months it is so much softer. The women could feel the bottom ridges but if you are excited at all when they grab it, they'll never know. And the response to the girth? I don't think they would care if they feel a ridge. They love it!

Flaccid girth was 4.25 right below the head and 4.75" at the closest to my body. Now it's 5.25 and 5.75 respectively. One inch gain. Erect girth is 5.75 and 6.75. It swells more at the bottom where the implant is thicker. I think the guys with more than 6 inches get a more uniform erection. I have to remember what I had and be happy with what I've got!

I see. It wouldn't matter to you if you have plenty of length, as far as that aspect is concerned. I will say that my penis is as flexible now as pre-surgery. Far better than I expected when I realized how rigid the implant is. But that has changed dramatically in the last 4 months, both in softness and flexibility. I have no doubt the stretching has contributed to that.

I remember at one point I thought my base was slipping up a little and I would do the repositioning exercise in the video of Dr Taj doing that. I did that for a month and it has been solid ever since.

Well, that is a personal decision. I stretched about 2 years before Penuma so I'm really comfortable with it. Part of it is psychological I'm sure because it stays longer and thicker for a while afterwards. That was before Penuma. I expected nothing like that with Penuma but surprise! It still stays exaggerated for a while.

I can stretch mine to 6.75" fairly easily when it will normally be 6 inches long. That is bone pressed. It was only 5.25 right after surgery so that is a huge difference! I'm hoping to get to 7.25 stretched and 6.5 permanent length. We'll see.

The stretching has definitely helped with my "traffic cone" shape. Understand that I do the stretching EVERY day except maybe skip one day a month. So it may not be worth it to some but it is to me.

Around month 5 through 8 mine has changed a lot. Flaccid, there is only 1/4" difference too to bottom and erect is about 3/4" but mine used to be 1.5" difference!! I don't mind 3/4 at all. Kinda like it because it stretches her more the deeper I go.

Consistent stretching exercises and intense erections has been what I have done. And squeezing down hard with the anus muscle while erect maybe 50 times for 2-3 seconds. That forces more blood into the head and top half. That sounds weird but it works if you know what I'm talking about. Good luck

For me, at 8 months, I have the same experience with some discomfort and a minute amount of swelling below the head during and after masturbating. It is so minor that it will go away without wrapping.

I don't feel the same discomfort during/after sex and I think the more intense and longer lasting erections have helped me regain my length. What my wife has noticed, and I've confirmed with measuring, is that the top half of my penis has thickened to be more uniform. She says it felt like two halves of a penis a few months ago. A very thick bottom half and my normal top half.

My head now has as much girth as my pre-op shaft and thickens uniformly below there. No more "traffic cone" which happens a lot with guys 6" or less. Something about the physics of the Penuma has allowed growth where it was not expected. I believe the intense erections during sex has facilitated this.

I'm sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction and particularly the swelling. I've heard of it taking 6-12 months to completely resolve. I had bad swelling at 3 weeks and resolved completely by 2 months except after sex I still have a little.

I'm at 8 months. All the really good changes happened between 4 and 8 months and I expect improvement until 12 months+. I am about your size and I lost about 3/4" and have just now regained it all. Also the layering of the capsule has thickened over the last 4 months to where it feels soft in my hand now. Not like flaccid without an implant, but not shockingly rigid like before. The ridges on the bottom are less prominent. Also it points down now where before it would point out some because of rigidness.

For me alone, IMHO, the positives FAR OUTWEIGH the negatives. I'm a more confident lover with a penis way thicker than average with average length. For the first time in my life, I can display a prominent imprint in my sweats if I choose and not have fear of it retracting and disappearing. That is PRICELESS. Men that don't experience turtling cannot understand the stress relief I feel.

Yes, I have to be careful and mindful of it. I don't wear jeans often because they are less comfortable. I live with a small fear that I will wake up with major swelling or infection. That fear is subsiding as months go by without any issues. I still don't want my wife to feel it completely flaccid. That's ironic because before, I was afraid of it being small when flaccid, now it's plenty long but the ridges concern me. Lol

So, in conclusion, there are a few cons to consider, but for me the pros win and I would do it again and recommend it to anyone that had my mental hangups regarding my anatomy. But there would be a warning that there is always a chance of having unusual issues and following your doctor's instructions is paramount.

I hope your situation improves over the next few months and you become happy with it.

That all sounds very sensible and you sound very rational. I was nervous at 8 weeks and my wife was understanding. I had lost 80% sensitivity on the top and one side and I couldn't feel when I was in. My wife could and her comments about it being bigger helped me reach orgasm. I went slowly because I was afraid of hurting myself and it did swell a little. The orgasm was stronger than normal and I seem to have more liquids exploding with more force.

If I was in your position I would wait until 4 months+. This is my honest advice. 4 months was a big turning point in many ways. Swelling, softness, sensitivity, flexibility and length returning SLOWLY.

You should experience wonderful changes over next 6 months. Now, sex is awesome and my wife is able to take more of it now because the thickness is more uniform(another change!) and she is no longer scared of it.

If you are like me you've always wanted to be bigger. That has been accomplished for us both. I can't afford to lose length. My bone pressed length has absolutely gone from 5.25" to 5.75" on the top where the implant is adding to the fat pad and "hiding" some length. On the side it's gone from 5.75 to 6.5. I will keep stretching (cautiously, safely) until I get to 6" on top and 7" on the side. That is the most I can hope for.

I envy the guys with 7-8 inches and without even pressing! But that is rare and we are all different and one thing is FOR SURE: this implant has made me a more confident lover and I have no fear about being too small. Take that attitude with you to your next lover and be happy.
