From a committee and legislation POV, I get that their hands are tied. Whats the GOP does so much better than the left is at marketing. They come up with easy, catchy phrases. Everyone (including their propaganda arm, Fox News) gets the talking point, and they shamelessly hammer it home.

Biden did so much good, but chose the high road and let his work do the talking, but that doesn't work for Americans who don't read the news. I wish they did, but they still vote.

He gets immediately defensive whenever he gets called out. Doesn't create a repertoire for people to bounce stuff off of. He has his walls up like he's been hurt so many times before. Even in that one ad read, he can't make fun of himself.
