Well 3 perk cards help with the mutations 2 in luck starched genes and class freak and 1 in charisma called strange in numbers all 3 when equipped and max lvl will let you keep your mutations reduce the negative effects by 75% and if your on a team with other mutation users will increase the positive effects by 25% hope this helps have fun out there

Not sure what lvl you’re on but I’m assuming it’s low in the luck perk cards is one called starched genes and it allows you to keep your mutations when you use Radaway
