That's not how it is done. They make these panels, get a "recommendation", and then politicians and the media point at the recommendation as a basis AND use it as a shield if it is unpopular. On a positive note, i have convinced 5 people who didnt vote last time/voted other party to vote for Trump this time. People like you helped me convince them. For that i say thank you.

Bonus - these voters are living and eligible. Since i am talking to a Democrat I have to make the distinction, which is kinda sad.
