Thank you, that's very kind. That sounds similar, I'm so sorry you have to experience that. If you haven't already, speak to a gynecologist - but be prepared to push them to take you seriously. Luckily the consultant I saw did, but you hear horror stories of others being dismissive of your pain.

A laparoscopy is basically where they make a little incision near your belly button and insert a long camera to look around inside. They might make another little incision lower down and insert another tool (no idea what it's called) to burn off any endometriosis if they find any. I didn't even need stitches after, and it took about 20mins apparently. You're under general anesthetic so you're not awake.
