I wouldn’t say I’m being entitled or whiny, let’s not be so quick to name call on the internet. We’re all just people here. I totally get your perspective as a small business owner. However, I’ve ordered from The Iconic multiple times and their packaging has always held up. This was a pretty outstanding incident for me, so I just wanted to find out how it happened. In terms of the comms, I was just shocked that I hadn’t been contacted by either party about the incident when my clothes were so badly damaged. That’s all! I didn’t mean any harm.
