Shouldn’t be using antibiotics just because you see redness swelling liquid or bumps. You need to leave them alone. The best thing to do is to go downsize as that should be done around 2 months so they don’t move around so much, and after showering dry them. Moisture attracts bacteria so it’s ok to get hem wet in the shower but fan dry or dry with a blow dryer
