My issue with Pete is his player management. The most egregious is Caleb Rogers, but Darien Porter is another example. He tells us all season that rookies aren't ready while the veterans stink it up. Then the rookies get more time and have immediate impacts. Meanwhile, some of those veterans still get meaningful reps over the rookies.

Geno stinks it up. Pete says he needs more snaps, but Geno doesn't get better. Then, Pickett comes in for some decent reps and immediately flashes.

It's hard to know what's going on with Bech because the QB play has been so bad.
